1. Free Trial
Eligible plans include a 1-day free trial. The trial signup uses a $0.00 payment-method setup through Airwallex, so no subscription fee is charged at signup. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the selected monthly plan is charged when the trial ends and renews monthly thereafter.
2. Setup Fee
There is no separate setup fee unless a specific offer clearly states otherwise.
3. Cancellation
You may request cancellation before the next renewal date by contacting support. Once cancellation is processed, future renewal charges stop.
4. Refund Requests
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or after a timely cancellation, contact us promptly with the relevant transaction information.
5. Refund Review
Refund requests are reviewed based on the circumstances of the charge and applicable law. Where approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method.
