ASMS Workspace provides online project and task management functionality. Features may vary by subscription plan and may be updated over time.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and protecting your login credentials.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed according to the price, currency, billing interval, and trial terms shown before checkout. By starting a trial and accepting the recurring billing authorization, you authorize ASMS GROUP PTE. LTD. to save your payment method through Airwallex and collect the selected monthly plan after the trial, then monthly until cancelled.
4. Free Trial
Eligible plans include a 1-day free trial. The payment-method setup amount is $0.00 and no subscription fee is charged at signup. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the first monthly subscription charge is scheduled when the trial ends.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel a recurring subscription before the next renewal by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewal charges once processed, subject to the terms presented at checkout.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, malware distribution, infringement, abuse, or activity that interferes with the service.
7. Intellectual Property
ASMS Workspace, its design, branding, software, and related materials are owned by or licensed to ASMS GROUP PTE. LTD.
8. Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
